Lily Delizia speaks in a graphic language that is BOLD, immediate and unmistakable: thick dark outlines, flat fields of red and gold, the visual punch of a poster or a tattoo. This is not decoration. It is a declaration.

Beneath that decisive surface lies a second reading: tender, strange, surreal. The tension between what you see at first glance and the story that unfolds when you look again is the heart of every piece.

Textile works become three-dimensional while the creatures within insist on staying two-dimensional, an endless dance between flat graphic being and living form. Paint, thread, gold foil and found objects are all fair game.

This work shares DNA with folklore, illustration and street art but belongs to none of them. It is a transversal tale of sensations, thoughts, hopes and fears: a unique story, told one piece at a time.
